Ari- Thanks for checking in. The elevation charts come from Polar. The power charts come from TrainingPeaks. The month-end numbers come from Bikejournal.com. The first two programs are on my hard drive. The latter is web based so if anyone wants to see my mileage at anytime they can see it. It's nice to see where I stack up to other riders around the world.
At the time of this writing I have 5822 miles ranked 125 out of 6,494 riders.
George, Last year I trained for the Trans Iowa. Did the race in May and then started to work at a new shop. I am beat tired and cannot ride as I would like to. I am hoping that when we start to slow down and close at 6pm instead of 7pm things will be better. Hope you are well and that we meet in the future. Ari http://ari-fixed-gear-pages.blogspot.com/
