George just text messaged me from checkpoint #2 in the Le Grand area and said that he's with Endurosnob and Jeremy. They were riders 13, 14 and 15 into that checkpoint. He's eating some pizza and drinking a coke right now before they head out again.

Marshalltown is not far at all from where I went to grad school (and met my wife!) =) It's 40 miles or so to the east of Ames, IA. Glad he seems to be doing so well!
