Wednesday Hill Repeats- on Newport Coast

Getting a little behind on my workout posting but here is Wednesday.


Entire workout



Ridge Park a 10% grade hill -- 300 plus watts for almost 6 minutes


Newport Coast Drive


30 seconds on and 30 seconds off over 500 watts


Two more sprints- 770 watts and 850 watts


My peak power for the day 876 watts and four more 30/30 above 450 watts
